The Cyclades are an island group in the Aegean Sea, southeast of mainland Greece and a former administrative prefecture of Greece.

The gulf includes the islands of Aegina, Salamis, and Poros along with smaller islands of Patroklos and Fleves.

The Ionian Islands are a group of islands in the West part of Greece. They are traditionally called the Heptanese, i.e. “the Seven Islands
